The City Council of the City of King City will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m., with
an Executive session to be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at the King City
Hall, 15300 SW 116th Avenue,

2. Roll Call
3. Executive Session Pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(i), to review the
performance of an officer(City Manager), employee or staff member if the
person does not request an open meeting. This reason for executive
session may not be used to do a general evaluation of an agency goal,
objective or operation or any directive to personnel concerning those
subjects

6. Approval of Minutes: April 2, 2008.
7:15 p.m. 7. OPEN FORUM – We welcome public comment. At this time, the
Council will be happy to receive your comment on any item on the
agenda (including Ordinances that appear on the agenda, questions,
suggestions, complaints, and items for future agendas). Each
person’s time will be limited to three minutes.

Manager employment agreement effective April 1, 2008 and
authorize the City Attorney to prepare an agreement
amendment.
