AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KING CITY AMENDING THE KING CITY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 8.04.020, NUISANCES AFFECTING PUBLIC HEALTH, TO ADD SECTION (J), IMPROPER BURNING. 7.3 Ordinance O-2013-03: Limitation on Noise Levels- Introduce and Waive First Reading. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KING CITY AMENDING THE KING CITY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 8.04.130(D), NOISE, TO ADD A LIMITATION ON SUSTAINED NOISE LEVELS. 7.4 Appointment of Budget Committee Members 7.5 Appointment of City Council Representative to the Intergovernmental Water Board (IWB). 7:45 p.m. 8.
