It includes a pit-ready, battery powered IoT gateway and a low power pressure sensor designed to maximize battery life. It is monitored in real time via a secure cellular connection, taking pressure readings every 5 minutes. Readings are reported to the cloud every 6 hours unless the current reading is above or below user defined trigger setpoints, in which case transmission is immediate. The cloud monitors the sensors and provide text alerts when a threshold has been crossed or the cloud system detects a potential leak. Features include: • 10+ year battery life • 5 minute readings • Text notifications when leak is detected or user defined thresholds are crossed • 5 years monitoring data is included in price. Budgetary annual pricing is $180/year per device. Note: Smart.Water™ Leak Detection sensors are designed for customer installation and are quoted without installation labor. Confidential And Proprietary Pa ge |7 © 2024 Digital Six Laboratories Inc., all rights reserved Page 31 of 46 Town of Kingfisher IoT Upgrade Proposal 2.4 m.Smart™ Field I/O m.Smart™ Field I/O provides a simple, low cost way to add I/O to our SmartController™ and Whisker.Block® data radio. The family includes expansion hubs with 4 and 8 ports, a variety of analog/digital I/O modules, and multiple power options (AC/DC, UPS and solar). I/O modules are housed in a sealed circular enclosure with a M12 5-pin male connector on one end and M12 5-pin female connector on the other. The male connector provides a Modbus RTU interface and the female connector provides access to the analog/digital I/O. Since all connections are made with industry standard M12 circular connectors, field wiring is extremely simple. Using m.Smart Field I/O is as simple as plugging a module into the hub and wiring the I/O using an M12 cable with wire end terminations. m.Smart hubs can be daisy chained to add more than 8 I/O points. The screenshot below shows an HMI that manages 7 wells. Each well is represented by a compound widget that shows the start (call), running, and error status plus the speed setpoint and AHO mode. These compound widgets allow complex HMIs to be built quicker and use less screen space. Clicking on any widget will bring up action decorators: Confidential And Proprietary P a g e | 12 © 2024 Digital Six Laboratories Inc., all rights reserved Page 36 of 46 Town of Kingfisher IoT Upgrade Proposal These decorators are buttons that let the operator edit the widget itself, view a trend history of the data associated with the widget and send a command to change parameters or setpoints associated with the widget. Icons in the widget title block indicate the status of remote commands (change setpoints, modes, etc). With the Cloud App, the user is not allowed to edit or change the HMI on a mobile phone because there is not enough screen space to display all of the UI elements needed to edit the screen. With the new Mobile App, the user interface has been completely redesigned so that the user can create and edit HMI screens on a mobile phone: If the user has sufficient role permissions, they can enter edit mode and open the widget toolbox to add widgets to an HMI screen by simply dragging and dropping. The dashboards look very nice on larger screens, but are difficult to manage on smaller screens because each trend line is a separate graph and the smaller screens can only show 1 at a time, making it difficult to compare several trend lines at the same time. In the new Mobile App, an entirely new trending user interface was designed. The user can quickly see a trend graph by clicking on a widget and then clicking the trend action decorator. Up to 6 trends can be plotted on the same graph and the user can easily add/remove trend lines to customize the graph. Once a graph is configured the way the user wants, that configuration can be saved for future use. By plotting multiple trend lines on the same graph, the user can easily view all data simultaneously, even on the small screen of a mobile phone. The graphs can be zoomed by pinching and panned by dragging and the user can press and hold on any point in the graph to get an indicator line that shows the values for the trends at that point in time. Turnkey Offer - D6 Labs will design, build, program, install (except in-line pressure/leak sensors) and configure the solution described in this proposal. All labor and materials are included in the proposed cost unless specifically noted. The pricing in this proposal is valid for 60 days from proposal date. 2. 10 Year Warranty – D6 Labs will warranty all OEM equipment provided as part of this project for a period of 10 years with the following exceptions and stipulations: a. Warranty is for workmanship and materials – if we make a mistake or one of our products fails, we will fix the problem and or replace the faulty component at our cost. b. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or acts of God c. This warranty only covers products manufactured by D6 Labs. Other manufacturers’ warranty periods will apply to non-D6 Labs manufactured products. d. This warranty does not cover consumables. Examples of consumable products include: i. UPS batteries – typically need to be replaced every 3 to 5 years ii. Lightning surge arrestors iii. Protection devices iv. Fuses v. Etc. 3. Guaranteed 20 Year Availability - D6 Labs guarantees availability of all electronic components for 20 years from install date. 4. Data/Cloud Subscription – this quote includes unlimited access to the Whisker.io™ cloud platform and data for 10 years from the purchase date. Price includes standard 10 year data plan. 5.
