Motion to close the Special Meeting and enter into a Closed Session pursuant to N.C.G.S.§143-318.11(a)(6) to consider the qualifications, competence, performance or condition of appointment of a public officer or employee, as well as hold a Zoom call with Developmental Associates for the purpose of hearing feedback from preliminary interviews that were held with applicants who have applied for the position of City Manager and consider finalist for the assessment center process. 5. CLOSED SESSION a. Motion to close the Closed Session and re-enter the Special Meeting. b. Possible action on any items that were discussed during the Closed Session. 6.
