This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council, Kirby Crime Control and Prevention District Board, Beautification and Recycling Committee, Economic Development Committee, Building and Standards Commission, and Planning and Zoning Commission but this notice is posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. As a governmental body, the City Council, Kirby Crime Control and Prevention District Board, Beautification and Recycling Committee, Economic Development Committee, Building and Standards Commission, and Planning and Zoning Commission will not deliberate or take action during this event.
