COUNCIL MINUTES January 23, 2020 The City Council of the City of Knoxville, Iowa convened in special session Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 12:00 pm. in the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Brian Hatch presided and the following Council Members were present: Megan Suhr, John Gotta, Dylan Morse and Justin Plum. Staffs present were City Clerk Tricia Kincaid.
