COUNCIL MINUTES October 5, 2022 The City Council of the City of Knoxville, Iowa convened in special session Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 11:45 a.m. at the Knoxville Municipal Building Council Chambers. Mayor Hatch presided and the following Council Members were present: Megan Suhr, John Gotta, Dylan Morse, and Jyl DeJong. Staffs present were City Manager Heather Ussery and City Clerk Jodie Wyman. Motion by Gotta; seconded by DeJong to set a Public Hearing for October 17, 2022, at 6:15 p.m. to approve proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost and award contract for the façade improvements at 203 E. Main Street with funds awarded from the State of Iowa Community Development Block Grant.
