Village of Kohler Health Insurance Ad-Hoc Committee Meeting August 25, 2025 The meeting was called to order by Clerk/Treasurer Cindi Gamb at 1:00 p.m. Roll call: Mike Kitzerow, Jodie Kuklinski, Tracy Lyons, Stewart Perronne and Cindi Gamb. Public Comment – none. Business 1. Presentation by Next Step Insurance – Kris presented insurance options including Level Funded Plan, ICHRA and Marketplace. She also discussed a Gap policy and accident coverage. The committee agreed to proceed with obtaining quotes from Next Step Insurance and Wisconsin Public Employers’ Group Health Insurance Program.
