KOHLER PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD MEETING Wednesday November 8, 2023 Present: Erin Coppersmith, Librarian John Multer, Secretary Megan Drevline, President Eileen Hilke,Vice President Kya Diehl Nicole Witwer Absent: Lisa Greene, Kohler Schools Michael Wandschneider The meeting was called to order at 3:29 by Megan. Public Comment No public comment Minutes of the October 4 meeting were approved Invoices for October were approved. Library/School: All is going well New Business Erin met with Jean Mueller, director of Club 55. Erin is taking on the Club 55 lecture series. This will be a library program so anyone can attend. “Battle of the Books” is being brought back. Erin is proposing that ARPA funds (Covid 19) be used to purchase a smart board for about $3000. This would be on wheels so not bound to a particular room. Consideration is being given to a Christmas open house in the library. Jake’s Café is donating a pass to use one of their rooms. The next meeting will be held on December 6. The meeting was adjourned at 3:41. . Respectfully Submitted John Multer
