KOHLER PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, June 5, 2024 Present: Erin Coppersmith, Librarian Megan Drevline, President Kya Diehl John Multer, Secretary Eileen Hilke, Vice President Michael Wandschneider Lisa Greene, Superintendent Absent: Nicole Witwer The meeting was called to order at 3:30 pm by Megan Public Comment: There was no public comment Minutes: The minutes of the May 2024 meeting were approved Invoices: Invoices for May were approved. Library/School: The school will have a door open for attendees of school board meetings. The camera policy was modified to reflect that footage may be accessed for instances resulting in property damage or injury. Lisa agreed with the wording and will inform the school board. This camera policy was approved with the above changes made. New Business: Job descriptions for employees were provide by Erin. Three levels are based on skills and responsibilities. There may be further discussion at the next meeting. Saturday openings are on hold as there is no demonstrated need at present. Summer reading starts Friday. Online registration for programs is new this year. The meeting was adjourned at 4:02. The next meeting will be August 7 at 3:30 pm Respectfully Submitted, John Multer
