KOHLER PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, December 10, 2025 Present: Erin Coppersmith, Librarian Megan Drevline, President John Multer, Secretary Michael Juech, Superintendent of Schools Eileen Hilke, Vice President Kya Diehl Absent: Laurie Lindow Nicole Witwer The meeting was called to order at 3:30 pm by Megan Public Comment: None Minutes: The minutes of the November meeting were approved. (Eileen was present in person) Invoices: Invoices for November were approved. Library/School: Snow was not removed after first snowfall. Mike will correct. Problem transferring calls. Tyler working on problem. New Business Erin is working on annual report. Approval at February meeting. Erin submitted paperwork for recertification. Erin reported that 2025 expenditures are in line with budget. There will be craft days for kids during the winter break. There will be no meeting in January. The meeting was adjourned at 3:40.
