WORKSHOP MINUTES DATE: July 14, 2026 TIME: 6:00 p.m. Mayor Sundquist brought the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. FY2027 BUDGET WORKSHOP Members Present: Mayor Sundquist, Councilman Rafferty, Councilman Schock, Councilman Dressel, and Councilman Ferris. Staff Present: City Clerk/Treasurer – Mandy Corbett, City Deputy Clerk – Mindy Stearns, City Engineer – Ryan Luttmann, City Planner – Tess Vogel. Others Present: None were present A. FY2027 Budget – Discussion only: Review by Council was performed for each individual line item of the current FY2026 budget to set initial estimate amounts for the FY2027 budget. Further discussion will take place between staff, Council, Planning and Engineering. The FY2027 budget will be finalized at the August 11th Public Hearing.
