CALL MEETING TO ORDER Clerk Jennifer Poyer called the June 9, 2025 Board of Review 2025 Meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. A. Roll Call PRESENT: President David Baker, Trustee Ken Charneski, Trustee Aaron Myszka, Trustee Craig Mortensen, Trustee Sandi Sorensen, Trustee Dan Joling, Trustee Jessica Stowell STAFF: Jennifer Poyer 2. SELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON Sorensen/Myszka nominated President Baker to serve as chairperson. Nomination approved by voice vote. 7:0. President Baker took over administrating the meeting. 3. SELECTION OF VICE-CHAIRPERSON Myszka/Joling nominated Trustee Stowell to serve as vice-chairperson. Nomination approved by voice vote. 7:0. 4. CONFIRMATION OF BOARD OF REVIEW OPEN MEETING NOTICE Acknowledge the Board of Review meeting notice was published in the Wausau Daily Herald on May 19, 2025, posted on the board in front of the Municipal Center and on the Village's website. B. 2025 Board of Review Public Notice Board confirmed Board of Review meeting notice. 5. ADJOURNMENT The Board of Review is being called into session for the purpose of calling the Board of Review into session during the 45-day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April. Due to the fact the assessment roll is not completed at this time, the Board of Review will be adjourned until July 10, 2025 at 6 p.m. Motion by Mortensen/Joling to adjourn the meeting.
