Discussion and Possible Action: Chapter 218 Building Code Clarification and Revision By Pete Wegner-Presented and requested any revisions on the permit process. Committee agreed with the red line items. Motion to approve red line items & recommend for Clipp create tracking or admin cost only for out buildings Motion made by Grundman, Seconded by Kvapil. Voting Yea: Sinkula, Chairperson Voll, Kvapil, Vice-Chairperson Lesniak, Grundman 8. NEW BUSINESS G. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST (KLOCKZIEM) Motion to approve Motion made by Sinkula, Seconded by Vice-Chairperson Lesniak.
