UTILITY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES May 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM Kronenwetter Municipal Center - 1582 Kronenwetter Drive Room A121 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER @5:00PM A. Pledge of Allegiance B. Roll Call PRESENT Chair Craig Mortensen Jim Buck Dan Raczkowski Jessica Stowell ABSENT Co-Chair Alex Vedvik 2. PUBLIC COMMENT Please be advised per State Statute Section 19.84(2), information will be received from the public. It is the policy of this Village that Public Comment will take no longer than 15 minutes with a three-minute time period, per person, with time extension per the Chief Presiding Officer’s discretion. Be further advised that there may be limited discussion on the information received, however, no action will be taken under public comments. None 3. REPORTS AND DISCUSSIONS C. Interim Finance Director Report Overview by John Jacobs-Final numbers will be in after audit. Water Utility Fund and Sewer utility fund were explained. 4. OLD BUSINESS - DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION D. Sewer Options for the Proposed New Development - Glacier Meadows Robert Roth from RPS to go through the options- Option A was gone through at the last meeting. Option B & C are new. 5.
