Consideration and possible action on request from Cameron County Elections Department for use of the La Feria Public Library for early voting from October 13, 2020 to October 30, 2020 and Election Day November 3, 2020. 9. Consideration and possible action to submit a ballot for Texas Municipal League board of trustees election. 10. Consideration and possible action to approve an amendment to an interlocal agreement between Tropical Texas Behavioral Health and City of La Feria acting by and through the La Feria Police Department. 11. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2020-13 establishing holidays to be observed during fiscal year 2020-2021. 12. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: a. Closed Session under 551.071(2) Texas Gov. Code to receive guidance from City Attorney regarding the City's legal duties and obligations as it related to gaming machines current moratorium relating to gaming. b. Personnel Matter pursuant to Section 551.074 Tex. Gov’t Code to deliberate performance evaluation of City Manager. 13. Discussion and possible action on request from American’s Legion Post’s 439 regarding gaming machines. 14. Discussion and possible action on evaluation of City Manager, Jaime Sandoval. 15. Adjourn.
