COMMERCIAL AVE., LA FERIA, TX 78559 TUESDAY, October 13, 2020 AT 6:30 PM AGENDA In accordance with the Order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, the City of La Feria will conduct the meeting and provide audio/telephonic availability for the public using live stream in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (also known as Covid-19). Consideration and possible action to enter into a Master use agreement with Cameron County Emergency Communication District for Emergency Warning Notification System. 9. Consideration and possible action on annual membership renewal for Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) for membership year 2021. 10. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2020-14 adopting TCAP’s professional services agreement and Gexa Energy’s commercial electric service agreement for power to be provided on and after January 1, 2023. 11.
