AGENDA If during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda is permitted to be held in executive closed session, whether such item is already so identified on this Agenda or not, the La Feria Industrial Development Corporation Board will convene in such Executive (Closed) Session in accordance with Title 5, Chapter 551, of Texas Government Code and any Amendments thereto. 1. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag – All Present 2. Determine Quorum Present and Call Meeting to Order – President 3. Public/Citizen Comment 4. Consideration and possible action on sale of five (5) LFIDC properties located at Lot 9 Block 3, Lot 8 Block 3, Lot 7 Block 3, Lot 4 Block 2, and Lot 7 Block 1, La Feria Lions Villa subdivision. 5. Closed Session: A. Attorney consultation pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.071(2) to provide legal advice and counsel regarding the LFIDC’s rights, duties, and responsibilities; Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.072 regarding the exchange or value of real property; and Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.087(1) to discuss or  deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the LFIDC has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations; related to the Community Housing and Economic Development Corporation Senior Housing Development. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION 6. Consideration and action regarding the disposition of property necessary for the further implementation of the Community Housing and Economic Development Corporation Senior Housing Development. 7.
