AGENDA If during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda is permitted to be held in executive closed session, whether such item is already so identified on this Agenda or not, the La Feria Industrial Development Corporation Board will convene in such Executive (Closed) Session in accordance with Title 5, Chapter 551, of Texas Government Code and any Amendments thereto. 1. Consideration and possible action on minutes for LFIDC meetings held on October 1, 2020 and October 22, 2020. 5. Consideration and possible action on sale of LFIDC property located at 1401 N. Main St. 6. Consideration and possible action on sale of LFIDC property located at 129 Lions Villa Ave. 7. Closed Session:  A. Attorney consultation pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 552.071(2) to receive advice on the LFIDC’s rights, duties, and responsibilities; and Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.072 regarding the value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the LFIDC on negotiations with a third person; regarding the former Masonic Lodge property. B. Executive Session pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 552.071(2) to receive legal advice; and pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.087(1) to discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the LFIDC has received from a business prospect that it seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in the City of La Feria and with whom it is conducting economic development negotiations; regarding “SimplyVast.” RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION 8. Discussion and possible action on items discussed in Closed Session: a. Consideration and possible action regarding the disposition and value of the former Masonic Lodge property. b. Consideration and possible action regarding an offer of economic incentives for “SimplyVast.” 9. Adjourn.
