COMMERCIAL AVE., LA FERIA, TX 78559 Tuesday, January 26, 2021 AT 6:30 PM AGENDA In accordance with the Order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, the City of La Feria will conduct the meeting and provide audio/telephonic availability for the public using live stream in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (also known as Covid-19). Consideration and possible action to extend declaration of local disaster pertaining to the public health emergency pertaining out of public health issues arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic. 8. Consideration and possible action to advertise a request for proposals for financing options related to the Energy Efficiency and capital reinvestment project by Schneider Electric Buildings Americas, Inc. 9. Public hearing regarding a request for a Specific Use Permit to allow the operation of a food trailer on CAD property ID #85774, Dunn Acres subdivision, Lots 1 & 2, Block 3, La Feria, Cameron County, Texas. 10. Consideration and possible action on request for a Specific Use Permit to allow the operation of a food trailer on CAD Property ID # 85774, Dunn Acres Subdivision, Lots 1&2, Block 3, La Feria, Cameron County, Texas. 11. Consideration and possible action on agreement for general counsel legal services between the Law firm of DNRB&Z, P.C. and the City of La Feria. 12. Adjourn.
