Consideration and Appropriate Action regarding Resolution No. 2021-01 authorizing and ratifying the sale of the North Three (3) Acres of Lot C, La Feria Industrial Development Corp. North No. 3 Subdivision to Lucania Construction, LLC. 6. Consideration and possible action to sell 24 acres of LFIDC property located along FM 506.  7. Consideration and possible action to list lots 3 and 4 block L, LFIDC Alpha Subdivision for sale with a broker. 8. Closed Session: A. Discussion pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 552.071(2) to receive legal advice from legal counsel; and Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.072 regarding the exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the City of Harlingen in negotiations with a third person; regarding a tract of LFIDC land located at Lot 1, La Feria Business Park, near the intersection of Industrial Way and N. Main Street. 9. Open Session: Consideration and possible action regarding the conveyance of LFIDC land located at Lot 1, La Feria Business Park, near the intersection of Industrial Way and N.
