COMMERCIAL AVE., LA FERIA, TX 78559 Tuesday, March 23, 2021 AT 6:30 PM AGENDA In accordance with the Order of the Office of the Governor issued March 16, 2020, the City of La Feria will conduct the meeting and provide audio/telephonic availability for the public using live stream in order to advance the public health goal of limiting face-to-face meetings (also called “social distancing”) to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (also known as Covid-19). Considerations and Possible Action to Authorization City Manager to solicit Requests for Qualifications for Professional Project Development Services comprising of professional design services, grant application and development through and not limited to local, state and federal funds, and general consulting services related to the project development in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request for Qualifications. 8. Consideration and action to extend agreement with Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins &Mott, LLP for collection of delinquent court fines and fees. 9. Consideration and possible action on Ordinance No 2021-01 providing for a fee to defray the costs of collecting delinquent fines, fees, court costs and other debts. 10. Consideration and possible action to extend agreement with Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins &Mott, LLP for collection of delinquent taxes. 11. Consideration and possible action to accept and approve a Texas Department of Agriculture Community Development Block Grant Program Contractor Settlement Agreement for Contracts 7215279 & 713271. 12.
