Consideration and possible action on Preliminary and final plat for Flores Subdivision, 1800 block of South Rabb Road, 12 acres in Block 32 Rabb Heights Subdivision. 8. Consideration and possible action on Preliminary and final plat for Bridge Subdivision, North 3000 block of FM 2556 (2200 Block of North Solis Road). Being a 20-acre tract out of Block 30, 31, 34 &65 of Solis Subdivision. 9. Discussion and possible action on acceptance of USDA Predevelopment and Planning Grant (PPG) for drainage purposes. 10. Consideration and possible action on Ordinance 2021-02 approving a negotiated resolution between the city and Texas Gas Service regarding the company’s COSA filing. 11. Consideration and possible action to reject bids from the financing RFP released January 27, 2021 and approve advertising a request for proposals for financing options related to energy efficiency capital reinvestment project by Schneider Electric Buildings America, Inc. 12.
