Approval of minutes for City Commission meeting held July 27, 2021.  6. Consideration and possible action to approve a proposed tax rate calculation for tax year 2021(fiscal year 2021-2022) and set date for a public hearing. 7. Consideration and possible action to approve a project of the LFIDC for certain infrastructure improvements to promote new and expanded business development, pursuant to Section 501.158, Texas Government Code. 8. Consider and action to approve a resolution of the City Commission of the City of La Feria, Texas (“City”), approving (i) the resolution of the Board Of Directors of La Feria Industrial Development Corporation (“Corporation”) regarding a loan in the amount of $2,531,250.00; (ii) a sales tax remittance agreement between the City and the Corporation; (iii) resolving other matters incident and related to the loan; and (iv) the authority of the mayor to execute, on behalf of the city, a general certificate of the city and the sales tax remittance agreement. 9. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2021-14 approving the proceeds of a note which shall be used to finance expenditures under a performance agreement entered in accordance with Section 501.158, Texas Government Code for the completion of an authorized project for certain infrastructure improvements to promote new and expanded business development. 10. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2021-15 regarding a financing agreement for the purpose of procuring vehicles and related equipment. 11. Consideration and action to approve an economic development incentives agreement between the LFIDC and Maria Elena Mendoza/La Villa Business Center. 12. Adjourn.
