AGENDA If during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda is permitted to be held in executive closed session, whether such item is already so identified on this Agenda or not, the La Feria Industrial Development Corporation Board will convene in such Executive (Closed) Session in accordance with Title 5, Chapter 551, of Texas Government Code and any Amendments thereto. 1. Consideration and possible action on minutes for the LFIDC meeting held August 5, 2021. 5. Consideration and possible action on appointment of officers. 6. Consideration and possible action to approve a budget for fiscal year 2021-2022. 7. Closed Session: a. Closed Session pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.074 Tex. Gov’t Code to deliberate performance evaluation of Executive Director. b. Closed Session pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 552.071(2) to receive legal advice; and pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.087(1) to discuss or deliberate regarding commercial or financial information that the LFIDC has received from a business prospect that it seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in the City of La Feria and with whom it is conducting economic development negotiations; regarding “Project Stealth.” Reconvene in open session 8. Discussion and possible action on items discussed in Closed Session: a. Consideration and possible action on performance evaluation of Executive Director. b.
