Gov’t Code to deliberate performance evaluation of Executive Director. b. Closed Session pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.072 to receive legal advice; and pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.087(1) to receive legal advice from board counsel regarding the LFIDC’s rights, duties, and obligations arising out of the purchase and sale agreement between the LFIDC and American Tower Corporation. c. Closed Session pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.0725 regarding the sale and purchase of outstanding notes. Reconvene in open session 7.
