AGENDA If during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda is permitted to be held in executive closed session, whether such item is already so identified on this Agenda or not, the La Feria Industrial Development Corporation Board will convene in such Executive (Closed) Session in accordance with Title 5, Chapter 551, of Texas Government Code and any Amendments thereto. 1. Consideration and possible action on minutes for the LFIDC meeting held September 2, 2021. 5. Consideration and possible action on appointment of officers. 6. Presentation of report on available LFIDC properties and financial status. 7. Consideration and appropriate action regarding the possible sale of real property, in whole or in part, of LFIDC-owned property located at Lot 3, Block L, LFIDC Alpha Subdivision. 8. Closed Session: a. Closed Session pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.074 Tex. Gov’t Code to deliberate performance evaluation of Executive Director. b. Closed session pursuant to Sec. 551.071(2), Tex. Gov’t. Code, to receive legal advice from board counsel regarding the LFIDC’s rights, duties, and obligations arising out of the purchase and sale agreement between the LFIDC and American Tower Corporation. c. Closed session pursuant to Sec. 551.071(2), Tex. Gov’t. Code, to receive legal advice from board counsel regarding the possible sale or purchase of current or prospective financing notes by the LFIDC Reconvene in open session 9. Discussion and possible action on items discussed in Closed Session: a. Consideration and possible action on performance evaluation of Executive Director. b. Consideration and appropriate action, if any, regarding the purchase or sale of financing notes by the LFIDC.  10. Adjourn.
