Consideration and possible action on Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Architectural Services for the New Police Station via the USDA Community Facilities Loan Program. 9. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2022-01 accepting construction of the City of La Feria wastewater treatment plant improvements project as complete. 10. Consideration and possible action on Ordinance 2022-02 amending the City of La Feria Code of Ordinances as it pertains to the use and placement of residential garbage receptacles. 11. Discussion and possible action on a Resolution authorizing the resale of forclosed real estate properties for failure to pay ad valorem taxes.
