Consideration and action to approve the sale of approximately 3.73 acres of LFIDC-  owned real property located at the intersection of Rabb Rd. and Expressway 83, and the provision of economic development incentives by the LFIDC, to Tradecon Industries. 13. Consideration and possible action on a bid received to decommission stabilization pond #1 (water plant) as required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality through Agreed Order Docket No. 2019-0372-MLM-E. 14.
