Consideration and possible action regarding the lease of the LFIDC-owned “Beechner Building” in La Feria to Robbie Zapata, d/b/a Legendary Kids. 8. Consideration and possible action regarding the sale of LFIDC-owned real property located at 116 Oleander in La Feria (the “Alto Theater” building) to Texas Noble Builders. 9. Consideration and possible action regarding the possible conveyance of LFIDC-owned real property consisting of 22 acres on South Rabb Road in La Feria, for a proposed La Feria Aquatic Center by Dreams over Dollars Foundation. 10. Consideration and possible action to authorize staff to advertise for requests for proposals to pave the parking area at LFIDC-owned property located at 219 E Commercial Ave. 11.
