Approval of minutes for City Commission meetings held July 11, 2023. 6. Consideration and possible action on sale of up to 2,000 acre feet of water rights to Hidalgo County Irrigation District #6 7. Consideration and possible action on sale of 250 acre feet of water rights to La Feria Irrigation District #3. 8. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2023-19 authorizing the La Feria Industrial Development Corporation sale of 202 Industrial Way in tandem with a performance agreement for certain economic incentives to Shad Gutierrez d/b/a Texas State Alarms. 9. Presentation from Fulcrum Engineering for purposes of providing an overview and next steps on drainage project. 10. Presentation from Inframark regarding operation and maintenance of the City’s water and wastewater facilities. 11. Closed Session: a. Section 551.074, Texas Gov’t Code, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, i.e., the City Manager b. Section 551.071(2), Texas Gov’t Code, to obtain legal advice from City legal counsel regarding  the rights, obligations, duties, and responsibilities of the City Commission in reference to City Charter provisions pertaining to the City Manager 12.
