Closed Executive Session for Attorney Consultation pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Gov't Code, to Receive Legal Advice and Counsel Regarding the City Commission’s Rights, Duties, Privileges, and Obligations in Connection with the Hiring Process for a City Charter-Appointed City Manager and Related Legal Issues.
