Gov’t Code, to receive advice from legal counsel regarding the City’s rights, duties, and obligations in the abatement of substandard buildings and structure, high grass, and other nuisance issues as provided by Article 3.05 of the City of La Feria Code of Ordinances, the Texas Local Government Code, and other applicable law.  Closed session pursuant to Sec. 551.071, Tex.
