Approval of minutes for City Commission Meeting held July 9, 2024. 7. Presentation of the financial audit for fiscal year ending September 30, 2023. 8. Discuss and consider adopting a resolution authorizing the submission of a Local Parks Grant Program application to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department 9. Discuss and consider adoption of federal provisions 2 CFR 200.317 – 2CFR 200.327 and Appendix II to Part 200, which are federal guidelines regarding local procurement actions to be taken when using federal funds. 10. Closed Session:  - Closed session pursuant to Sec. 551.071, Tex. Gov’t Code, for attorney consultation regarding the conveyance of the parking lot located at the southwest corner of Oleander Avenue and Main Street in La Feria to the LFIDC, and the City’s rights, duties, and obligations under the restriction agreement between the LFIDC and City governing same. Return to Open Session 11. Consideration and action regarding a resolution authorizing the City of La Feria to terminate the restriction agreement with the LFIDC concerning the Oleander Avenue parking lot. 12. Adjourn.
