Consideration and possible action to approve a commercial electric service agreement with TCAP. 9. Closed Session: - Closed session pursuant to Sec. 551.071, Tex. Gov’t Code, to receive legal advice and counsel regarding certain utility matters arising from the lease agreement between the City of La Feria and Our Lady of the Lake University Reconvene in Open Session 10. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2025-05 regarding utility billing matters for Our Lady of The Lake University.  11. Adjourn.
