Consideration and possible action on a request to re-zone CCAD property ID 85232 being lots 34, 35, 36 recognized as La Feria Original Townsite, Block 7, La Feria, Cameron County, Texas from R-3 Single Family Residential District to C-1 Restricted Commercial District. (Planning Director) 8. Discuss and approve award to selected engineering/architectural/surveying service provider(s) for grant pre-application, application and project implementation for the City of La Feria’s 2025-2026 Texas Community Development Block Grant Fund Program funded and administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture. (City Manager) 9. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2025-06 regarding the lease of City-owned property to Our Lady of The Lake University. (City Manager) 10. Closed session pursuant to Secs. 551.071 and 551.087 to receive attorney advice and discuss possible economic development incentives with Noble Texas Builders regarding the possible conveyance of the public parking lot located at the southwest corner of Oleander Street and Main Street in La Feria and associated with a possible conveyance of the Alto Theater Building and adjacent parking lot to Noble Texas Builders. 11.
