Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2025-04 allowing the consumption of alcoholic beverages at Veterans Memorial sports Complex during City of La Feria Independence Day Celebration events. 7. Consideration and possible action to designate an officer or employee of the city to calculate the no- new-revenue and the voter-approval tax rates. 8. Closed Session: - Attorney briefing pursuant to Sec. 551.071, Tex. Gov’t Code, on governing law, process, and procedure for amending the City Charter. Reconvene in open session 9. Adjourn.
