Approval of minutes for the City Commission meeting held August 26, 2025. b. Approval of minutes for the City Commission meeting held July 29, 2025. 6. Consideration and possible approval of an ordinance authorizing and ordering the issuance of City Of La Feria, Texas Certificates of Obligation, Series 2025; prescribing the terms and form thereof; providing for the payment of the principal thereof and interest thereon; awarding the sale thereof; and making other provisions regarding such certificates, including use of the proceeds thereof; and matters incident thereto. 7. Consideration and action to approve a Chapter 380 Economic Development Agreement with Gulf AMR, LLC. 8. Consideration and possible action to select agent for employee supplemental insurance. 9. Consideration and possible action to approve Resolution 2025-07 approving an investment policy for fiscal year 2025-2026. 10. Adjourn. This meeting will also be held by videoconference call.
