SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY LA HABRA
REGULAR MEETING
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2018
APPROVED: These Minutes were approved on March 5, 2018.
The Regular Meeting of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of La
Habra of *Tuesday, February 20, 2018, that was to be held at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council
Chamber located at, 100 East La Habra Boulevard, La Habra, California, was declared a
cancelled meeting due to there being no business to consider at the time. A Notice of Cancelled
Meeting declaring the same was posted on the outside of City Hall as required by law.
(*Monday, February 19, 2018, was a holiday; therefore, per Municipal Code Section 2.04.020, in
the event a regular meeting falls on a legally recognized holiday, such regular meeting shall be
held on the next succeeding business day.)

AND THE LA HABRA UTILITY AUTHORITY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of Tuesday, February 20,
2018, of the La Habra City Council, Successor Agency to the La Habra Redevelopment
Agency, La Habra Housing Authority, La Habra Civic Improvement Authority, and La
Habra Utility Authority, to be held at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 100 E. La
Habra Boulevard, La Habra, CA. are hereby declared cancelled due to there being no
business to consider at this time.

*Note: In accordance with Chapter 2.04.010 of the La Habra Municipal Code, any Regular
Meeting which falls on a legally recognized holiday (Monday, February 19, 2018), shall
be held on the next business day (Tuesday, February 20, 2018).
