SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF LA HABRA
REGULAR MEETING
TUESDAY, JULY 5, 2022
APPROVED: These Minutes were approved on December 19, 2022.
The Regular Meeting of the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
La Habra *Tuesday, July 5, 2022, that was to be held at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber
located at, 100 East La Habra Boulevard, La Habra, California, was declared a cancelled meeting
due to there being no business to consider at the time. A Notice of Cancelled Meeting declaring
the same was posted on the outside bulletin boards of the south entrance of City Hall and Council
Chamber, as required by law.
(*Monday, July 4, 2022, was a holiday; therefore, per Municipal Code Section 2.04.020, in the
event a regular meeting falls on a legally recognized holiday, such regular meeting shall be held
on the next succeeding business day.)

CITY OF LA HABRA HOUSING AUTHORITY, AND
LA HABRA UTILITY AUTHORITY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meetings of *Tuesday, July 5, 2022,
of the La Habra City Council, Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of La Habra, La Habra Civic Improvement Authority, City of La Habra Housing
Authority, and La Habra Utility Authority to be held at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council
Chamber, 100 East La Habra Boulevard, La Habra, California, are hereby declared
cancelled due to there being no business to consider at this time.

THE NEXT REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING
WILL BE HELD ON
MONDAY, JULY 18, 2022 AT 6:30 P.M.
NOTE: In accordance with Chapter 2.04 of the La Habra Municipal Code, any Regular
Meetings which falls on a legally recognized holiday (Monday, July 4, 2022 –
Independence Day), shall be held on the next business day (Tuesday, July 5, 2022).

I, Rhonda J. Barone, CMC, Assistant City Clerk, do hereby swear and affirm that
the above "Notice of Cancelled Meetings" was duly posted on the bulletin boards outside

June 30, 2022, where completely accessible to the public, at least 72 hours in advance
of the meetings, in accordance with law.
