Laconia Public Library Board of Trustees Minutes of Meeting August 24, 2017 Volpe Conference Room Call to Order: Laconia Public Library Board of Trustees held their regular monthly meeting in Volpe Conference Room. Chairman John Moriarty called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Present: James Anderson; Kimberly Danosi, John Perley, alternates Nadine Jordan, Bruce Kneuer; and Director Randy Brough. Not Present: Marie Bradley; Liz Rosenfeld; alternate Linda Phelps; and City Council Liaison Brenda Baer. Chairman seated Jordan and Kneuer. John Perley provided an overview of Bank of New Hampshire investment performance. Questions to ask BNH Investment officers include: 1.) clarification of benchmarks used to measure performance; 2.) determine how past performance might have changed using different ratios of stocks, bonds. John Moriarty gave an update on the Eversource easement. Minor adjustments to be made, expected to be signed tomorrow. Board will be reviewing director in September. Current review form has been used since 2010. Kim will make minor adjustments to the form and then make the revised copy available to all Trustees. One drive account password has been changed. From now forward, data will be input as soon as available. Meeting adjourned at 6:03pm. On a motion by Perley. Seconded by Danosi. Respectfully submitted,
