10/29/2020 - Minutes 1. CALL TO ORDER Chair P. Brunette called the meeting to order at 6:33 PM P. Brunette read aloud the instructions to access the meeting via ZOOM, how to participate using ZOOM online, or by telephone. A phone number and email were provided if the public had a problem connecting/participating. 2. ROLL CALL Present: Stacy Soucy; Peter Brunette; Dean Anson; Peter Stewart; Paul Duggan; Mike Foote; Bruce Cheney; Sarah Jenna Absent: Robert Hamel; Mark Haynes 3. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE Rob Mora, Assistant Planner 4. RECORDING SECRETARY K. Santoro, Zoning Technician 5. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS The Committee reviewed the minutes of October 15, 2020. The Chair, P. Brunette, declared the minutes accepted as presented. 6. PUBLIC INPUT P. Brunette briefly explained the purpose of the Committee At 6:38 PM P. Brunette opened the public input session. There were no members of the public present at City Hall; there were no members of the public present online. At 6:38 PM P. Brunette closed the public input session. 7. NEXT MEETING The next meeting is scheduled for November 5, 2015. 8. ADJOURNMENT At 6:39 PM M. Foote made a motion to adjourn the meeting. B. Cheney seconded the motion. All in favor.
