CALL TO ORDER P. Brunette read aloud the instructions to access the meeting via ZOOM, how to participate using ZOOM, or by telephone. A phone number and email were provided if the public had a problem connecting/participating. Chair Peter Brunette called the meeting to order at 6:35 PM. 2. ROLL CALL Present: Stacy Soucy; Peter Brunette; Dean Anson; Peter Stewart; Paul Duggan; Bruce Cheney ; Sarah Jenna; Robert Hamel Absent: Mike Foote; Mark Haynes 3. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE R. Mora, Assistant Planner 4. RECORDING SECRETARY K. Santoro, Zoning Technician 5. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS The Committee reviewed the minutes of October 29, 2020. The Chair, P. Brunette, declared the minutes accepted as presented 6. REVIEW OF RANKINGS 6.I. CIP Scores (PDF) The Committee reviewed the rankings. There was a brief discussion about the parking garage and the ranking of the vehicle for Code Enforcement. P. Stewart made a motion to refer the Committee’s recommendations to the Planning Board. R. Hamel seconded the motion. Vote was taken by roll call vote. All in favor (8-0) 7. OTHER BUSINESS Chair P. Brunette thanked the Committee and noted that have discharged their duty for this year. 8. ADJOURNMENT At 6:47 PM D. Anson made a motion to adjourn the meeting. B. Cheney seconded the motion. With no objections noted, the Chair declared the meeting adjourned.
