LACONIA CITY HALL, ROOM 200B 3/31/2022 - Minutes 1. CALL TO ORDER Chair Soucy called the meeting to order at 4:10 pm. 2. SALUTE TO THE FLAG Chair Soucy led the Salute to the Flag. 3. RECORDING SECRETARY Nancy Brown, Recording Secretary 4. ROLL CALL Roll call was taken with the following Committee members in attendance: Chair Robert Soucy, Councilor Bruce Cheney and Councilor Mark Haynes. Chair Soucy noted that all members were in attendance and a quorum was established. 5. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE 6. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS 6.A. Appointments Committee Meeting Minutes of February 23, 2022 Minutes of the meeting of February 23, 2022 were accepted with no changes. 6.B. Appointments Committee Meeting Minutes of March 21, 2022 Minutes of the meeting of March 21, 2022 were accepted with no changes. 7. APPOINTMENTS (Councilors Soucy (Chair), Cheney and Haynes) 7.A. Review of applications included in the March 21, 2022 Appointments Committee agenda, and recommendation of applicants for appointment or reappointment The Committee reviewed the applications for individuals who were interviewed at the March 21, 2022 Appointments Committee meeting and will recommend individuals to be appointed or reappointed to the full City Council at their April 11, 2022 meeting. 8.
