CITY OF LACONIA - CITY COUNCIL MEETING 7:00 P.M. 7/25/2022 - Minutes 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Hosmer called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM 2. SALUTE TO THE FLAG City Manager Scott Myers led the Salute to the Flag 3. RECORDING SECRETARY Katie Gargano, City Clerk 4. ROLL CALL Mayor Hosmer announced that there were not have enough Councilors present for a quorum. There was no roll call done by the City Clerk. Councilors Present: Councilor Lipman, Councilor Haynes and Councilor Felch. Councilors Absent: Councilor Cheney, Councilor Soucy and Councilor Hamel. Mayor Hosmer announced there would not be any action taken on any items on the agenda, no public comment and no prior meeting minutes will be approved. There were two presentations scheduled on the agenda by the Assessing Department and the Department of Public Works. Those were presented.
