CALL TO ORDER (IN PUBLIC) Mayor Pro-Tem Haynes called the meeting to order at 4:31 PM. 2. RECORDING SECRETARY Kirk Beattie, City Manger 3. ROLL CALL Present: Councilor Cheney, Councilor Hoffman, Councilor Haynes, Councilor Bogert, Councilor Felch. Absent: Mayor Hosmer and Councilor Soucy 4. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE Kirk Beattie, City Manager, Glenn Smith, Finance Director, Wes Anderson, Public Works Director 5. COUNCIL BUSINESS Councilor Bogert made a motion to enter Non-Public Session according to RSA 91-A:3, II: (e) consideration or negotiation of pending claims or litigation. Seconded by Councilor Felch. Discussion: None. By Roll Call Vote: Councilor Cheney: Yes Councilor Soucy: ABS Councilor Hoffman: Yes Councilor Haynes: Yes Councilor Bogert: Yes Councilor Felch: Yes Entered Non-Public Session at 4:32 PM Councilor Bogert made a motion to return to public session, seconded by Councilor Cheney. Public Session reconvened at 4:57 PM. 7. Councilor Cheney made a motion to seal minutes of Non-Public Session for 1 year, seconded by Councilor Bogert. Discussion: None.
