CALL TO ORDER (IN PUBLIC) Mayor Hosmer called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. 2. RECORDING SECRETARY Andrew Hosmer, Mayor 3. ROLL CALL Present: Councilor Cheney, Councilor Hoffman, Councilor Haynes, Councilor Felch. By Phone: Councilor Bogert 4. COUNCIL BUSINESS Councilor Felch made a motion to enter Non-Public Session according to RSA 91-A:3, II: (a) The dismissal, promotion or compensation of any public employee, or the investigation of any charges against him, unless the employee affected (1) has a right to a meeting and (2) requests that the meeting be open, in which case the request shall be granted. Seconded by Councilor Haynes. Discussion: None. Councilor Felch made a motion to seal the minutes of the session for 6 months, seconded by Councilor Haynes. Discussion: None.
