CITY OF LACONIA CONSERVATION COMMISSION AGENDA January 17rd, 2018 6:00 PM Second floor of City Hall, Room 200A 45 Beacon Street East ❖ Call to order ❖ Establish a quorum ❖ Approval of minutes ❖ Presentations/Site Reviews – Weirs Beach Revitalization Project presented by Kevin Dunleavy of Laconia Parks and Recreation; Signing of the Beaver Protection letter from the Stoddard Conservation Commission ❖ Non-Public Session concerning any land acquisition per RSA: 91: A: II (d)– (roll call vote required) - The Conservation Commission may, during any public meeting, vote to convene a non-public meeting in compliance with RSA 91A:3, Section II. A motion to do so will further be made in public session and the motion will cite the applicable subsection of the law. Additionally, in compliance with RSA 91A:3, Section I, the Conservation Commission may recess a public meeting for a period of time in order to excuse itself for the purpose of discussing maters not subject to the definition of a meeting. ❖ Liaison & Subcommittee reports o Permit Sub-Committee review and approval o Messer Street Boat Ramp – Any new information o Lake Street Boat Ramp – Any new information o Agriculture subcommittee – update by Lisa and Dick ❖ Conservation events/community news ❖ Other business o Commissioner’s comments ❖ Adjournment All plans and documents for submitted proposals are located at the Laconia Planning Department in the basement of City Hall for perusal by the public.
