1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair Dean Anson called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM.
2. ROLL CALL
Dean Anson, Deb Williams, Lisa Morin, Mike Foote (6:17 pm), Stacey Soucy.
3. SALUTE TO THE FLAG
The commission saluted to the flag.

5. STAFF IN ATTENDANCE
Assistant Planner, Robert Mora.
D. Anson - Quorum changed to three because the board changed the number of full-
time members from seven to five.
6. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS
6. I. Acceptance Of Minutes From May 5
M. Foote motioned to approve the minutes with revision, D. Williams seconded
the motion. Three voted in favor and one abstained.

8. I. Planning Board Item: PL2021-0042SP, 0043SU; 884, 888, 928 White Oaks Rd,
Prescott Farms; Proposal For A Boundary Line Adjustment Between Lots 1 & 1.1 And Site
Plan Improvements On Lot 2 For Innovation Center And Conference Center With Related
Parking And Drainage Upgrades
Applicant Jon Rokeh joined via zoom. J. Rokeh described the current conditions
and the development plan and how he is going to enhance drainage and increase
plantings. Jude Hamel joins via zoom and mentions that the buildings will be
heated with air source heat pumps. The commission and applicant discussed
drainage in detail.
L. Morin motioned to support the plan; M. Foote seconded the motion. All voted
in favor.
8. II. Rain Gardens
Nothing has been done physically so far.
8. III. Perley Pond Property
D. Anson worked with Amy from Parks and Recreation to discuss where to place
the plantings. Planted twenty-five Iris plants between the cut line of where the
lawn will be mowed and the water. Plans to discuss with Amy about the large,
broken trees on the Perley Pond Property. The pond contains some turtles and
frogs.
9. NEW HAMPSHIRE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES APPLICATIONS
10. OTHER BUSINESS
On Monday, City Council will hold a public hearing for changing the Wetland rules,
which can be attended via zoom.
D. Anson mentions that there is someone that lives on Landing Lane along the river and
cleaned the garbage out of the river. Was inquiring about how to dispose of it. R. Mora
will be in contact with Public Works about it.
D. Anson departed the meeting at 6:43 pm.
The commission discussed the previous Winnisquam Water Shed meeting.
D. Williams mentioned that they are hiring for Lake Hosts currently there are two for
Winnisquam and still looking to hire for Opechee.

D. Williams motioned to adjourn the meeting, M. Foote seconded the motion. All voted
in favor. The meeting was adjourned at 6:53 pm.
