1. CALL TO ORDER
Call to order at 6:00PM

6. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS
6.I. Acceptance Of The March 1, 2023 Minutes
Under section 8.1- 8.11 Omit repeated sentence from 8.11
Under 10.0 Correction of Paugus wood to “Paugus Woods”
Motion L. Morin to approve with the suggested conditions, seconded by D. Williams, all in favor.

S. Duncan Gave out copies of the State of NH Innovative Land Use Handbook section on Wetlands for the
Commission to review, relating to S. Soucy’s mention at a prior meeting. There was general discussion
about the ability to use various state provided GIS apps in conjunction with the City’s GIS to select
properties that would suit the Commissions requirements for various goals including potential projects that
could be suggested for city owned land, and potential conservation easements.
D. Anson said that it would be productive to create a subcommittee to seek easements. L. Morin
suggested that one be created to get better understanding of the City’s management plans for various city
owned property, and snow management practices.

D. Williams motioned to bring up subcommittees at the next (April 5) meeting.
L. Morin noted that the Commission would require professional assistance for writing easements and more
background research would need to be done before taking action.
Seconded by L. Morin, all in favor.
10.I. Cohort Business
D. Williams discussed the proposed designs that had been submitted to the Commission for review.
She said that she was looking into a few different potential printers. The Commission discussed the
current budget and expected costs of the signs, and how they should be mounted, and how the labor
could be obtained for installation. L. Morin suggested reaching out to the Restorative Justice program.
